VinSché is known for being a relator and connector when engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds. VinSché is a doctoral candidate at the University of San Diego specializing in organizational coaching and consulting. She also serves as a lecturer and co-coordinator for the Leadership Studies Minor Program at the University of San Diego. VinSché has aided organizations in enhancing their organizational culture through strategic planning, implementation of organizational advisory tools, and facilitation of leadership and professional development. As a facilitator and leadership coach for the Conscious Leadership Academy, VinSché supports organizations in developing leaders in becoming change agents for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
