Ihan Anita Ip is a lifelong educator with years of experience in early childhood and higher education. She holds advanced degrees in music, and currently is a PhD candidate in leadership studies at the University of San Diego. She studies leadership at the intersections for leadership development, adult development, and music. Framing the process of leadership as an art evokes the passion that is necessary to create change. Anita believes in play as a creative force and teaches creative problem solving. Anita has a multinational background with roots in Taiwan, she lived in Germany as a child, and now calls San Diego home. Anita is a co-program coordinator and lecturer at USD, as well as a leadership coach and facilitator. She creates spaces in which people can discover their core values and begin to step into their own power.
