Shore Buddies creates plush toys including whales, dolphins, seagulls, seals, and sea turtles, all made out of recycled plastic and accompanied by educational messaging to help reduce ocean plastic pollution. Six plastic water bottles are used to make each toy. Shore Buddies donates $1 from the sale of each plush to organizations working on animal rehabilitation, conservation, and education.
