Paradise Creek Educational Park fue creado en National City en 1999 como una organización sin fines de lucro, comprometida a la restauración del hábitat y al mejoramiento de la calidad del agua, y para proporcionar oportunidades educativas y de partiipación a las comunidades que rodean los humedales y las vías navegables locales. Paradise Creek Educational Park y Ocean Connectors trabajan juntos en la restauración de Paradise Creek y en la creación de programas de educación ambiental.
