Ocean Connectors receives funding from the County of San Diego Community Enhancement Program to support our youth educational programs and Eco Tours around San Diego Bay, which in turn stimulates coastal tourism, promotes economic development, and creates jobs and a better quality of life for people throughout San Diego County.
