Nancy Bjork is an Account Executive for the San Diego Tourism Authority and has been with the SDTA for over 13 years. She and has worked with hundreds of local businesses and organizations – both big and small to maximize their exposure to visitors coming into the San Diego region. Nancy has a 30-year career in the hospitality industry and has worked as a director for destination marketing organizations in Northwestern New Mexico and California Central Coast. As a part of her role with the SDTA, Nancy manages a cohort of the Accelerator recipients to expand their profile in San Diego and ensure their ongoing success. The SDTA Accelerator initiative is an award-winning program that supports BIPOC owned businesses in the hospitality sector. When she’s not busy helping tourism and hospitality focused businesses succeed, Nancy enjoys volunteering, spending time with her three daughters and getting outside to enjoy San Diego’s beaches, canyons and backcountry with her dog.
