Full payment is required prior to tour date. If you are signing up for a tour taking place in less than a week, please call (619) 336-7744 to make sure we receive your reservation and have space for your group. Tours require a minimum of 6 people and can accommodate groups of up to 14. We will reach out a few days before if the tour isn’t filled to let you know the status. After booking, please continue to check your email for any changes. If you have any physical limitations, let us know in advance.
Transportation is limited to within central and south San Diego County, and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The safety and comfort of our guests is our highest priority. In rare cases, trips may be canceled at the discretion of Ocean Connectors staff for reasons including but not limited to weather, environmental hazards, or other adverse conditions. In the unlikely event that your tour is canceled, we will contact you immediately at the phone number provided to reschedule or provide a refund. Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows” or for guest cancellations within 7 days of the tour date. If your plans change, please contact us immediately. Rescheduled tours are subject to availability and are only valid up to one year from the originally scheduled tour date.
Guests are not permitted to attend an Eco Tour if they are exhibiting any symptoms that may be associated with COVID-19. If you need to reschedule your tour due to COVID symptoms, a positive COVID diagnosis, or possible COVID exposure, we will gladly issue a rain check for a future date.
We plan all our Eco Tours to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities for our guests, however mother nature can be unpredictable and therefore we cannot make any guarantees about wildlife sightings.
